Yes I am in a hell of sorts.  I rented this place in 10/06 and was told that the apartment above had an older couple that lives above.  I promptly found myself in an apartment being sublet to the woman's pregnant daughter and her boyfriend.  Soon I found a crack pipe set up in front of a tiny child's plastic chair in front of an ashtray full of burnt matches.  Soon the couple had a fight with the junnkie/dealer and moved out.&

I rent from Ocean Front Property management Inc in Torrence Ca. I'm a pretty decent tenant, I always pay early or on time - I keep to myself and I'm clean.

Now we fast forward to April. The previous entry spanned from January-April if that gives you a time frame. Now in April, we come home one day from work to find that our trash can is nowhere to be found. When we finally did find it, it was located beside the building, turned over on its side underneath our living room window. We thought that it blew over and someone just tossed it back there.  We put it in it's usual spot outside our door for easy access.
